Refund policy

Our packs are digital files delivered instantly, so we can’t take them back once they’ve been downloaded. That means sales are generally final, with these exceptions:

• Broken or missing files. If a file won’t open or something listed on the product page isn’t in your download, we’ll fix it or refund you.
• Not as described. If the pack is materially different from its product page, we’ll refund you.
• Duplicate purchases. Bought the same pack twice, or a pack you already own through the Master Bundle? We’ll refund the duplicate.

Email support@kaiscend.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We usually reply within one business day (we’re in Tokyo, JST).

Payments and receipts

Checkout is handled by our merchant of record, Polar, who processes payments, calculates sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under your local consumer law.
